I’ve decided that weighing myself obsessively 3 or 4 times a day isn’t helping, it’s making me feel depressed and anxious all the time, so from now on so help me god, I will only weigh myself every Monday and record it here, so here goes:
Monday, 28th November, 2011:
Weight: 67.4kgs (148.3lbs/10st 8.3lbs) ↓ SW by 2.6kgs
Monday, 5th December, 2011:
Weight: 68.4kgs (150lbs/10st 10lbs) ↑ Last week by 1kg.
Note: This weight gain is due to me getting my period today, and will probably last for 7 days, so I’m not going to really let this weigh in get to me, or count it as weight gained through excessive calorie consumption and lack of exercise. I always gain weight on my period, anything from 1-3 kilos.
Monday, 12th December, 2011:
Weight: 66.5kgs (146lbs/10st 6lbs) ↓ Last week by 1.9kg.
Note: Really happy this week, I cheated and weighed myself loads of times but only because I was having a fat ugly blimp week, seriously, my skins been all oily and shitty and the sight of myself in the mirror has been disgusting me, also I haven’t been exercising, so I’m genuinely surprised at having lost 2 kilo’s, woo! OH, and I’m only 1 pound away from GW1, yesssss.
Monday, 19th December, 2011:
Weight: 66.0kgs (145lbs/10st 5lbs) ↓ Last week by 0.5kg.
Note: What can I say? GW1 done and done bitchesss, so I don’t even care about having lost only a pound, I will never see a weight higher than GW1 again unless I have a very valid excuse *cough* shitty fucking period iugfuigf7fr3r5 *cough*
P.S. I will now update my measurements too, lets see if I’m smaller ey?
